A Little About El’s Role

El (they/them) joined the Youable Case Management team in 2025. With five years of experience in the field, they are most excited to help children directly in out community and make a positive impact on individuals. They say, “community-based work always makes me so happy!”  They have worked with children aged 4 to 16 as well as college students and young adults aged 18 to 22, and have experience in developmental psychology. They plan on serving the Youable mission of empowering people of all ages by not only being supportive, but being an advocate and believing in each of their clients. Ensuring that each of the clients they work with know that they have them in their corner no matter what so they can feel supported to grow.

Outside of work El enjoys crochet and is always be happy to make people things like blankets, scarves, and more! They also love anything art related such as painting or scrapbooking. They have two cats as well and are an avid animal lover.
